| Reviewing Your Treatment Flowsheets |

This page contains directions for reviewing your treatment flowsheet using the patient portal. First you need to browse to the patient portal login screen  You will first see the disclaimer page. Click "I agree" to continue.  Next you will see the first of several demographics screens. If you have changes to make, you can do so. Otherwise click "skip".  Finally, you will be brought to the Patient Portal Main Page. Click on "flowsheets" in the left menu.  All of your treatment flowsheets, past and present, appear in the space to the right. A current flowsheet will read "treatment in progress". To review a flowsheet, click on that line.  The treatment flowsheet will appear. The dates are listed down the left side. For a given date, you can read across that line from left to right and see all the medications you are supposed to take, the lab results for that day or when the next day of monitoring is planned.  Clickout "logout" when you are done. |
