| Checking your appointment times |

This page containes instructions on how to use the patient portal to check you appointment times. First you need to browse to the patient portal login screen  You will first see the disclaimer page. Click "I agree" to continue.  Next you will see the first of several demographics screens. If you have changes to make, you can do so. Otherwise click "skip".  Finally, you will be brought to the Patient Portal Main Page. If you have appointments scheduled, they will be listed in the center area.  To confirm your appointment, click in the checkbox to the right of the appointment.  Clickout "logout" when you are done. |
